Frequently asked questions
Who would really benefit from Naturepedic EOS Pillowtop Organic Hybrid Mattress
This mattress suits sleepers who want a fully organic, highly customizable bed with a pillowtop for added surface comfort. It’s ideal for those who value natural materials and adjustable layers, but may not be the best fit for shoppers seeking a pre-set firmness without customization.
How does the layering work to affect comfort and support
The mattress uses three customizable layers plus a pillowtop. An 8" bottom layer supports postural alignment and balance, a 3" comfort latex layer provides surface pressure relief, and an additional 3" pillowtop layer adds extra latex comfort in its own zippered compartment.
What makes this mattress stand out versus other hybrids
It’s fully organic and highly customizable, including the ability to adjust the latex layer firmness and even the pillowtop configuration. The use of organic Dunlop latex and natural fibers aims to balance temperature regulation with comfort.
Is this mattress easy to customize if I’m new to organic beds
Yes. You can tailor firmness by adjusting the latex layers and pillowtop, and you can change how the bed feels within the first 90 days as you refine your sleep setup.
Who should consider this mattress for a bedroom with multiple sleepers
The EOS Pillowtop can be customized by side for Queen and King sizes, making it suitable for couples who want different firmness levels. Its organic materials also suit sleepers prioritizing natural products.

It combines a European-inspired design with organic fabrics, including a quilt layer of organic cotton fabric, organic wool batting, and a comfort layer, offering a breathable, natural-look finish.
